I purchased but I haven't received the access email. What do I do?

I lost access to my files. Can you send them again?

Yes. Your purchase is yours to keep — there's no expiration. Just email us with the email you used at checkout and we'll send a fresh copy of the guide and bonuses.

I see two charges on my card. Did I get charged twice?

This is usually a temporary pre-authorization that disappears within a few business days. If you still see two charges after 5 business days, email us with your order email and we'll investigate immediately and refund any duplicate.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We process refund requests within 3 business days of receiving your email. Once processed, the amount returns to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take an additional 3 to 10 days to appear on your statement.
